RE: How to stop binge eating and lose weight...

From: Amin Boulabaim

Dear friend,

If you're looking for a way to stop binge eating so that you can achieve your weight loss and fitness goals...

then this may be the most important letter you’ve ever read.

I don't care if you're skeptical. I don’t care how long you’ve been binge eating. And I don't care if you've tried to stop before and failed. In fact, the more apprehensive you are the better...

Because on the next few paragraphs of this web page, I’m going to show you how ANYONE can completely stop binge eating disorder in few weeks.

Imagine taking control of your eating behaviour, eliminating cravings and urges for unhealthy food, losing weight, getting in shape and boosting your self-confidence.

Well, you can.

However, without the help and guidance of someone who has been where you are right now, your chances of failing will be high.

That’s because it can be a bit tough to stop self

defeating behaviours – especially binge eating.

Little wonder the number of people that are still suffering from this eating disorder is very high.

In fact, a survey by researchers at Harvard revealed that 1 in every 35 adults suffer from binge eating.

So you shouldn’t feel embarrassed because you’re not alone.

But what can you do? How in the world can you conquer binge eating?

Is the problem even curable? Or do you have to live with it all your life?

Should you just make new food rules? See a therapist? Or is committing to a balanced diet the answer?

Those are just some of the questions I had when I was struggling with my own binge eating.

So, I did what anyone would do … I turned to the Internet.

The Limitations of Google

Unfortunately, the Internet didn’t help much …

I quickly found that there were a lot of promises out there. But nothing really hit the nail on the head as far as what it really takes to overcome Binge Eating Disorder.

So while I was able to get some facts about binge eating, I wasn’t able to find the do-this, do-that, step-by-step guide that can help me stop it.

Which was annoying because I wasn’t interested in spending months on end trying to figure this stuff out. And I was too ashamed to talk to people about it.

I also didn’t want to sift through tons of useless information.

Of course, that’s exactly what happened at the end…

I’d spend hours clicking one link after another, trying to get to the “good” stuff.

Before I knew it, I’d have dozens of browser tabs open and half my day would be gone.

Worse still, I’d be more confused than I was before I started!

It seemed like the people who wrote articles about

binge eating couldn’t agree on anything.

… one person would claim that dieting is the best way to end the problem

.… then the next one would say that dieting, restricting and depriving yourself puts the body into what’s known as starvation mode, which can then often lead to a binge.

And so on …

It was super-frustrating.

After coming across conflicting advice more times than I could count, I started paying more attention to who was actually offering the advice.

What I discovered left me dumbfounded.

Most of the so-called “eating experts” giving the advice have little-to-no real-world experience when it comes to binge eating.

Either they’ve never suffered from binge eating. Or they don’t even understand exactly what brings about the problem and how to stop it from the root cause.

Or they are researchers regurgitating the same old information they found on the internet. Or writers blogging about something they’ve never even done!

This makes all of them unqualified to give anyone advice on how to conquer binge eating.

Which is why you can’t trust a lot of what you read online about stopping your eating disorder.

Most people give up trying and decide to live with binge eating!

I wish the problems I experienced when I struggled with binge eating were unusual, but they’re not.

Virtually every binge eater who tries to take control of his eating habit goes through something similar.

Along the way, most of them decide the process is too:

--Frustrating and

That’s why plenty of people give up trying and just find ways to live with their binge eating...

...even when the eating disorder is literally consuming their life

And it’s not that they CAN’T stop it … they can.

It’s just a huge pain to figure out how to do it all by yourself.

I totally understand that because I went through it all myself.

And while I *did* manage to make sense of it eventually, it took:

--More months than I care to think about,

--Plenty of pricey mistakes, and

--A lot of banging my head against the wall before I succeeded.

The good news is that you don’t need to go through that, because I’m about to share with you the absolute easiest way for you to conquer your binge eating...

...lose weight and get the kind of body you dream of.

Something that has worked for me and many other binge eaters.

That’s why I urge you to read this all the way through to the end … the information I’m about to share has the potential to be a huge game changer for you.

But before I get to that, allow me to introduce myself

and tell you why you should listen to me.

Hi, I’m Amin Boulabaim

In my quest to end my own binge eating, I uncovered many disturbing facts about the disorder.

First, I came across many stories of people struggling with binge eating. Although some of these people were able to maintain optimum weight, they still struggle with the shame, guilt and psychological side effects of binge eating.

Secondly, I understood that the cause of binge eating is quite different from what the so called experts and nutritionist teach.

In fact, binge eating is caused by habitual patterns of thinking that create emotions, and emotions are the cause of all human behaviors.

So the main reason most people fall into binge eating is because they want to lose weight from a negative state of mind (hating the present moment that they’re in and believing that losing weight is hard)…

… instead of from inspiration (reaching for a positive future while being focus on it, which feels like you’re there) that causes success in changing habits and losing weight.

So as they begin to do the things, with the feelings of not liking they’re body they turn to solutions like restricting foods in a very aggressive way...

That create only more discomfort (which is why you start in the first place) and desire for the restricted foods, as it’s considered a luxury for it’s restriction. Then after they lose control they get guilty, feel more uncomfortable, that gives them the need of relief…

Then what do they’re minds focus on when they seek a quick form of pleasure? FOOD, then they eat to relieve and get more guilty... So as the cycle of discomfort with oneself continues the binge cycle continues...

What binge eaters don’t know is that the discomfort is the source of cravings, and they’re the root cause of that discomfort through the way they think about food, they’re bodies and life…

Finally, that was the moment where I realized that the only way to stop binge eating, is to approach it from the root cause, from what is here now with you prior to any craving, food preference, or anything. Unfortunately, there’s no guide that teaches how to do this.

That was when it hit me!

If I couldn’t find a comprehensive guide on how to conquer binge eating, then I had to create one for myself.

After all, there a popular saying that if you need something done, you have to do it yourself

So I set out to create a guide for my personal use...

Sure, it wasn't easy.

But After months of serious research and trial & errors,

I was able to put together the few bits of information that could help me.

I didn’t stop there either.

I read every book I could get about binge eating, human behaviour, psychology, therapy, even crossed fields like, philosophy, metaphysics, systems theory…

Some books drove me even to search for answers to specific questions in ancient texts, spirituality and famous figures, as well as totally unrelated things like marketing, persuasion, ecology, biology...

I think no one ever has never found so many combinations of ideas for this subject.

I also sifted through another few hundreds of websites.

And finally, I consulted several experts in the field.

It took a while to sort through all of the information I had gathered and compile the notes I received from these people, but when I was finished I sat back and was completely stunned.

Right there in front of me was a step-by-step guide containing all the information that I had been seeking all along!

Then I decided to try an experiment and put all of my hard work to the test.

Long story short, my guide helped me to end binge eating once and for all.

But then something kept bothering me.

I kept reading a lot of stories of people saying that binge eating is ruining their lives.

And those complaining about how hard they have tried to defeat the problem all to no avail.

So I started to feel guilty for hoarding the information that made the whole thing easy for me.

I knew there were a lot more people out there who wanted the same binge eating bursting secrets I had found. Somehow, it just didn’t seem right to keep them to myself.

So I turned my guide into the best course on how to stop binge eating – so that these people could access it.

I literally began to sell the guide to many people on Reddit for them to try it, and follow up with lot’s of them after 2 month, then It dawned upon me that some people where still stuck, and they’ve barely tried to apply the information.

I knew a lot about human behaviour and the ego, and by speaking to them, I could see how they’re conditioning as a binge eater, was literally making every attempt to go over it 10 times difficult, even if it looked easy to do for other person.

I learn that because of they’re experience, they have hold feelings of resentment, self-hate and helplessness, and those emotions then manifested into everything they attempted to do to overcome the issue.

That’s why you may have had courses, books, diets… You FEEL that there’s always something more you need, that there is something wrong with the information, that you need to seek more…

But these thoughts in reality are merely the result of holding self-hate, guilt, and helplessness through your words and actions. Now that you want to do something that gets you out of that, you don’t believe it, your mind exaggerates how difficult it is to you, or you feel that is not enough.

Then I decided to study what all therapy successes and psychological theories had in common, and it was one thing, awareness. Our minds store thoughts from the past that evaluate things negatively now, and once we know them they become inconsistent, and we see how the feelings go away slowly.

But that requires therapy which is expensive, but then I had one idea.

To build a community of people that I can follow and help them overcome binge eating in 2 months. And the members can help themselves and share other’s experiences as well as read other people’s journeys so they gain even more insight into they’re lives.

The information, theories and insights I learned and which you’re going to learn in my community has helped many of men, women and youths to reclaim their lives from binge eating.

Now, for the first time ever, that you can get help to gain self awareness into your own behavioural and mental patterns if you can’t afford expensive therapy. I’m making the course available to everybody in the whole world

After all, if I couldn’t find a comprehensive guide that could help me to defeat the problem when I was battling with it, what are the chances anyone else could?

In other words, what are the chances that you would find a comprehensive course on the topic apart from mine, and then use it, or at least love yourself while you’re don’t?

Given the tremendous success people had had using the secrets that im going to share in my community; I’m sure that even a dumb person could use the same easy-to-understand strategies in the course to conquer binge eating in as little as 60 days.
